Bingco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims with the shipping carrier. Bingco is not responsible for any package once it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Shipping charges are based on standard carrier rates.

For packages returned to us for having insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer is responsible for paying for a reshipment of the package.

Bingco fulfillment center is in Pennsylvania and shipments to some regions may take up to 7 days to reach the destination.
